DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Yes! All clients must create an account in order to purchase class credits and register for class. To create an account, go to your desired studio and click on ‘book a class.’
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in, much like you’d wear to any gym class. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear grip socks in the Sculpt Room on the Megaformer. Sneakers are required for Burn and Power Rooms.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO TAKE A CLASS?
All clients must be at least 14 years old. Clients ages 14-17 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
If it’s your first time at 3Volt, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time to sign our waiver, check-in and get a tour of the studio. If you are not a new client, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time.
WHAT IF I’VE NEVER BEEN ON THE MEGAFORMER OR WOODWAY FTG TREADMILL?
Come to class! New clients are welcomed and encouraged to try this workout. Our instructors will be in the studio before class to get you set up on the machines and provide tips to help guide you through class. After class, the instructor will be available to answer any questions.
WHO CAN DO THE WORKOUTS?
3VOLT welcomes all fitness levels and all classes will offer modifications and options you can take to avoid any workout plateaus.
WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR CLASS?
You will be able to sign up for a class 7 days in advance.
GRIP SOCK POLICY
Grip socks are required in all Lagree Megaformer classes. Men’s and Women’s grip socks are available for purchase in studio if you do not have any or forget to bring a pair.
WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY?
For your safety and the experience of all clients, new clients will not be permitted to join class after 5 minutes into the workout. Sometimes, life gets in the way of us being great, so existing clients can enter up to 5 minutes after the start of class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, you will not be allowed entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If you arrive late for class, please know that your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client 5 minutes into class.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?
We do not have locker rooms, but we offer cubbies or lockers to store your personal belongings. The are unisex bathrooms with a variety of grooming products (deodorant, dry shampoo, hair ties, lotion, wipes, etc.)
WHAT IS THE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY?
All retail returns and exchanges must be returned or exchanged 14 days from the date of purchase. Clothing must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with ALL original tags attached. Clothing with marks from makeup or deodorant will not be taken back. Refund will go on the original form of payment. 3Volt staff has sole discretion in authorizing returns and exchanges.
CAN I THROW A PARTY AT 3VOLT?
Yes we will host anything from a team building corporate event to a bachelorette party or private workout clinic at our facility! For an off site or private event please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
CLASS CREDITS & MEMBERSHIPS
HOW DO I BUY CLASS CREDITS?
Class credits can be purchased on our website or on our iOS or Google Play app. All sales are final. All classes must be prepaid. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASS CREDITS?
We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds for class credits. If you cancel class within our cancellation policy, the class will be credited back to your account for later use. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.
DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
We offer a Monthly Unlimited Membership and you can book 30 classes within your billing cycle. The Monthly Membership auto-renews every month. The day your monthly membership expires, your account will be automatically charged for the next month under the same terms. If you don’t show up or cancel late (less than 12 hours notice) for a class, you will incur a fee. See studio pricing for additional details.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
You can purchase your Monthly Membership online, or email the studio (email@example.com).
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel a class, you must do so at least 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR?
If you are using a class package or single class you will lose your class credit. All other memberships, you will be charged a $30 no-show fee.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens more than 2 hours before the start of class, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation. If you’re added to a class from the waitlist at any time more than 2 hours before the start of class and don’t remove yourself prior to 30 minutes before the start of class, you will lose the class credit.
HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?
To check your waitlist status, log in to your account and select My Classes. If you are on the waitlist, you will see your waitlist position. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist or notify us and we’ll remove you.
